WCN is not a direct lender. We facilitate connections between business owners seeking capital and lenders that may be able to fund them. All lending decisions, including approval, rates, terms, and closing conditions, are made by the individual lender — not by WCN.
WCN is compensated by the lenders we work with when a deal closes. This does not add cost to your loan — the compensation is factored into the lender's pricing regardless of whether you find them directly or through a broker like us.
Some products carry origination fees (typically 0% to 4% of the funded amount) that are deducted from your funding proceeds. When applicable, these fees will always be disclosed to you in writing before you sign any loan documents.

Our initial application uses a soft credit inquiry that has no impact on your credit score. A hard credit inquiry may be required by the lender before finalizing a loan, but this will only happen after you have received and reviewed an offer in writing.
All loan approvals, interest rates, factor rates, terms, and conditions are determined by the individual lender providing the financing. WCN does not guarantee approval, specific rates, or funding timelines. Rates and terms depend on your business's financial profile, industry, time in operation, credit history, and the specific lending product.
Examples of typical terms displayed on our website (such as "up to $5M" for SBA loans or "24-hour funding" for certain products) represent the maximum available in ideal cases and are not a guarantee of what any individual borrower will qualify for.
By submitting an application to WCN, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, email, SMS/text message, and mail regarding your application and available funding options. Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages, clicking unsubscribe in emails, or asking us to remove you when we call.
WCN and our lending partners provide funding without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or any other basis protected by law.
WCN operates as a business loan broker in states where such activity does not require specific licensing. In states where broker licensing is required for the specific products we facilitate, we operate in accordance with applicable state law.
